Our Story
Ohio 3D Homes was born by a collaborative vision from Keith Thomas and Eric Jones. Keith, being a builder and home rehabber for numerous years, was introduced to this genius technology by Sustainable Concrete Innovations (SCI) and the idea to bring these homes to southwest Ohio was born. Eric came in as a REALTOR that Keith has worked with numerous times. His background in marketing and public relations along with a storied sales history in real estate was the perfect combination to bring this new-age idea to fruition.
Meet The Team
Eric Jones
REALTOR / Builder Representative

Eric has been involved in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years and has been a licensed real estate agent for 9 years. Early in his career, he worked for a large multi-family management company and began as a leasing agent working in Cincinnati, OH. From there, Eric quickly moved up to Assistant Property Manager and finally spent nearly 10 years at the corporate level as the Marketing Coordinator.

More recently, after earning his real estate license in 2016, Eric began working for an investment company that worked with buyers worldwide to purchase rental properties in the greater Dayton area. He was the Director of Sales and Marketing and helped build a growing company working with buyers and investors all over the U.S., Canada, Japan, Iran, Sweden, England and more.
​
In 2020, Eric left the investment company and began his solo journey. Since then he has sold over 100 homes to residential buyers and sellers as well as investors. He runs and operates Cincy Dayton Rental Homes; a property management company managing 30+ rental properties. Eric is also an investor himself having successfully flipped multiple homes as well as owning rental properties himself. He also operates a small staging operation as a branch of his business.

More recently, Eric has been a consistent top producer in his brokerage, Keller Williams Community Partners, and is part of the Associate Leadership Committee (ALC) within his office.
​
In his spare time, Eric loves to travel, read or watch anything with historical significance (specifically American history from Revolutionary War - World War II), care for his plant collection (30+ plants!) and spend time with his family - Matthew, Lilly and their dog Atlas. Eric also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Northern Kentucky University.
Keith Thomas

Keith Thomas is a local real estate designer, visionary, and project manager. Specializing in simple, open-concept floor plans and the efficient use of space, his projects consistently deliver both value and joy to homebuyers.
​
Keith began his real estate career in 1999, but many of his most ambitious goals began taking shape two decades later, in 2019, when he met his future business partner. That same year, after the devastating Memorial Day tornadoes severely damaged Keith’s home, he was introduced to Randy Ross—a semi-retired veteran home builder from Virginia. While Randy was battling cancer, he helped Keith rebuild his home, even managing much of the work from his hospital bed. Through that challenging experience, a deep friendship and strong partnership were born.
​
Together, they went on to restore other damaged homes and eventually moved into new construction, focusing on affordable housing. With a background in robotics, Keith had long been following the evolution of 3D printing technology and was eager to incorporate it into his homebuilding process to reduce costs and increase value for buyers.
​
That vision took a major step forward when Keith partnered with John Smoll of Sustainable Concrete Innviations; the first to bring 3D-printed housing to the region. Together, they are now turning many of Keith's long-held ideas into reality. Randy remains involved in the process—now cancer-free and enjoying a well-earned semi-retirement.
​
Outside of work, Keith is a devoted husband and father. His wife, Robyn, has a passion for interior decorating and contributes her talent to all of Keith’s projects. Her work was featured on the cover of Country Sampler magazine’s 2020 Christmas edition.

When he's not working, Keith enjoys yoga, biking, ATV trail riding, chess, and spending time in a private, off-grid camping area—ironically, the birthplace of many of his creative ideas.
Abbie West
REALTOR / Buyer's Representative
​
Abbie has been working in real estate off and on since 2019. She began her real estate career working at an investment company that sold rental properties to buyers across the U.S. and the world. This began her spark for the real estate industry.
​
Since then she has worked off and on as an assistant and transaction coordinator for Eric Jones. In 2024, she decided to take the plunge and obtain her real estate license.
​
In addition to Abbie working as a real estate agent, she is also a full-time probation officer utilizing her Master's Degree in Criminal Justice as well as her undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Studies.
​
She is excited to join this new venture and help buyers build these one-of-a-kind new construction homes in the greater Dayton and Cincinnati areas.
​
Abbie loves to spend time with her fiance Jacob and their two cats, Vader and Fat, on their farm. She is also is an avid plant collector with over 50 plants and enjoys grabbing a coffee and plant shopping. Abbie is also a huge Swiftie and traveled to multiple concerts of hers including one in Canada.
Abbie is a licensed agent with Keller Williams Community Partners in Miamisburg, Ohio.
